About this vacancy
The person will work in support of clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers, operating on hardware and software systems intended for television studios and video distribution platforms via CDN, satellite, and digital terrestrial.
- Support clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers in managing activities and reporting on performed interventions.
- Contribute to the design of video solutions and architectures for new and existing customers, providing technical consulting on digital television systems and content distribution.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain broadcast systems, hardware components, software, and accessory equipment.
- Diagnose anomalies and provide technical support for video systems, progressively entering the on-call service once full operational autonomy is achieved.
- Collaborate with international suppliers, participating in online courses and seminars to deepen knowledge of portfolio technologies and solutions. xjncmbx
- Participate in technical meetings with prospects, clients, and partners, contributing to needs analysis and solution definition.
