What You Will Experience:



As part of the Commercial Excellence Program, you will be based in Milan, Italy , one of Prysmian's key commercial hubs.
You will embark on: A structured development journey combining learning, business exposure, and real-world challenges.
Rotations across key commercial functions Exposure to strategic customer interactions, commercial negotiations, and business decision-making.
A dedicated mentor from Prysmian's leadership team to support your development throughout the program.
