YOUR ROLE As a Consumer Engagement Intern you will be part of our Consumer Engagement team for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to the Consumer Engagement Coordinator.
You will contribute to the execution of engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening the relationship between adult consumers and our brands.
You will support the implementation of branded experiences, events, community activations and retention programs, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.




This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer marketing within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the planning, coordination, and execution of consumer engagement initiatives, including physical events, brand retail activations, and branded experiences.
Support on-site coordination of activations and events across Italy, ensuring operational excellence and consistency in execution.
Participate in the development of activities aimed at building strong relationships with consumers and local communities.
Contribute to the ideation, development and implementation of digital content aimed at communicating and amplifying consumer engagement initiatives across relevant channels.
Support day-to-day project management activities, including timeline tracking, budget monitoring, and operational coordination across multiple initiatives.
Support reporting activities and help analyze consumer feedback and engagement results to identify opportunities for improvement.
