**Job Description:**

Within the **Cyber & Security Solutions** area, we are looking for a **Software Developer** for our **Genoa Fiumara** office.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:
* Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications based on .NET technologies.
* Analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
* Define the application architecture and support the team's technological choices.
* Develop high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
* Ensure software quality through Unit Tests, Integration Tests and Code Reviews.
* Collaborate on the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes.
* Perform troubleshooting and application performance optimization activities.
* Support and guide more junior developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing activities.
* Draft and maintain project technical documentation.
* Collaborate with DevOps, QA and Security teams to ensure compliance with company standards.

**Education**




Degree in STEM disciplines

**Seniority**
Senior - at least 5 years of experience in the role

**Technical knowledge and skills**
* At least 5 years of experience in software development with Microsoft technologies.
* Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
* Experience in developing Web API REST and microservices architectures.
* In-depth knowledge of Entity Framework and relational databases (SQL Server).
* Experience in using Git and code versioning tools.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Analytical skills, problem-solving and autonomous activity management.

**Preferential Requirements**
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of Azure or other Cloud environments.
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
* Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
* Experience in developing applications with high security requirements.
* Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications.

**How does the selection process work?**
Following the collection of applications, CVs that are most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates will have an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
At the end of the process, the person receives feedback, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
