Job Description
Are you a curious problem-solver with a passion for strategy and business transformation?
We're looking for talented Junior Consultants to join our team in Milan, Italy.
As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants and clients to tackle complex business challenges, develop impactful solutions, and contribute to high-profile projects across industries.
Key responsibilities
Support project teams in analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insights
Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and business improvement initiatives
Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
Assist in structuring and solving complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and support project execution
Collaborate closely with colleagues across different seniority levels in a team-oriented environment
Support the implementation of recommendations and track project outcomes where relevant
Stay informed about industry developments and market trends
Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and firm activities
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
2 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, industry, or other analytical roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challenges
Solid quantitative capabilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in teams and build collaborative relationships
Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus
