Key Responsibilities
The intern will join the
Marketing Operations Department
and support the team in the following activities:
Definition, analysis, and optimization of CRM customer journeys and implementation of new contact strategies.
Preparation and analysis of periodic performance reports.
Support to CRM Specialists in customer management activities through dedicated mailing lists.
Content management and updates for brand website pages.
Performance monitoring and analysis through web analytics tools.
Research and analysis aimed at improving the customer digital user experience (UX).
SEO and SEA analysis and optimization activities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Additional requirements include:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of the English language.
Master's Degree (ongoing) in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering or related fields
Availability for a 6 months internship in Turin
Knowledge of the French language will be considered a plus.
