UTA is seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) to build scalable, high-performance services that power the agency's next-generation financial platform.
This includes applications for deal execution, invoicing, payment distribution, and financial reporting.

and auditable, with proper instrumentation and alertingCollaboration & Technical ExecutionWork closely with product managers, architects, and finance stakeholders to deliver end-to-end featuresTranslate financial and contractual rules into deterministic, reusable service logicDrive quality, automation, and performance in a domain where correctness and compliance are criticalWhat You Will Need7+ years software engineering experience with a focus on backend/full-stack developmentExperience with a TypeScript-native ORM in production (Drizzle or Prisma strongly preferred); comfort owning schema migrations, relations, and query optimizationDeep experience with Node.Js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL in production environmentsHands-on expertise with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAMFamiliarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS, or similar), API integrations, and microservice patternsStrong understanding of data modeling, transaction workflows, and secure service architectureComfortable working across systems where compliance, auditability, and financial accuracy are criticalExperience with financial systems (payments, trust accounting, GL integration,
