About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms meet the highest Four Seasons standards through quality inspections and daily team supervision.
What you will do

- Lead, support, and coach Room Attendants and Linen Runners, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Four Seasons quality standards.
- Conduct room inspections, monitor daily progress,
and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure rooms are ready for guests on time.
- Oversee floor operations, ensuring adequate supplies, cleanliness of guest corridors and service areas, and prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
- Anticipate guest needs, address concerns professionally, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Plan and organize daily activities based on occupancy levels and operational requirements, collaborating closely with other departments.
- Support inventory management, administrative tasks, and housekeeping operations across the hotel as needed.
What you bring

- Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience coaching teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. xjncmbx

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full‑time, fixed‑term position requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
The position is at the C1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience
