Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.What the job looks likeEach day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:Develop and maintain production schedules, balancing capacity, operational constraints and business prioritiesCoordinate production activities across multiple products to ensure efficient workflow executionPlan and prioritize manufacturing operations to maximize performance and minimize delaysEnsure adequate resources, equipment and production capacity are available to meet demandMonitor production performance and proactively resolve planning or manufacturing issuesPartner with Supply Network Planning to balance supply and demand while managing risks and opportunitiesContribute to S&OP; and IBP processes through accurate production planning insightsManage production changes, vulnerability reporting and planning-related compliance activitiesSupport product lifecycle activities, including phase-in and phase-out planningDrive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards,
tools and ways of workingWhat you'll bring to the tableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain or Engineering or scientific domainA previous experience in manufacturing, scheduling, material planning or supply planning within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG sectorsA strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planningBusiness fluency in EnglishAdvanced experience with SAP MM, PP, APO or SNPExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with BI or Qlik, process management tools, planning systems, data mining and reportingAn MBA or relevant Supply Chain certifications, such as APICS or IBF, would be considered an advantageOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant education, skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
Your compensation package will include a performance-based annual premio.
