In this role, you bridge business needs and technology within BYD's Milan office, driving improvements across CRM, ERP, and related systems.
You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, lead UAT, and support deployment and ongoing system administration.

and automation opportunitiesCreate and maintain process documentation, manuals, and training materialsProvide functional support, training, and ongoing administration for key business applicationsManage and support CRM, digital marketing platforms, dealer systems, API integrations, and related apps3–7 years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roleStrong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, customer service, supply chain, or related systemsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities xysqume and capacity to drive improvementProficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validationExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similarFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise architecturesBasic Python scripting for data analysis and automation is a plusEnglish fluency and local language; Chinese is advantageousExperience in automotive industry is preferredcommunicationdocumentationCRMERPWMS#J-*****-Ljbffr
