The Manufacturing Engineer supports the assembly manufacturing area in achieving operational excellence targets through process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with multiple functions to support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, troubleshooting activities, and the implementation of manufacturing best practices, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support one of the plant assembly departments in achieving safety, quality, delivery,



and productivity targets within Production Line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new products and the implementation of process changes in the manufacturing area.
- Support the implementation of quality systems within the workshop.
- Explore new ideas and technologies to evaluate opportunities for improving processes, enhancing quality, and reducing costs.
- Back UP role for Product Lifecycle Management activities, including the implementation of APD (Accelerated Product Development) and CQP (Change Qualification Process) methodologies, ensuring successful product launches and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with several plant departments, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, and Production.
