Purpose of the JobThe Quality Engineer is a key member of the Quality Department, facilitating growth and ensuring robust quality controls and activities across the Rotork Lucca site.Key Responsibilities and OutcomesQMS Maintenance: Developing, updating, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and policies.Auditing & Compliance: Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.G., ISO ****, ISO TS) and regulations.Corrective Actions (CAPA): Identifying, analyzing, and investigating system deficiencies to implement corrective and preventive actions.Documentation Control: Managing quality documentation, records, and material certifications.ATEX, PED, IECEX, Directive *******/EC o *******/CE expertMain ActivitiesMain interface of system Certificate InspectorDraft, update and improve the Quality Manual.Manage product certification (ATEX, PED, IECEX, etc.
etc)Manage and drive audits for product certificationImplement corrective actions in case of non-conformity after inspector auditsWork with engineer departments (in site and in other Rotork sites)Owner of certifications renewalQualifications & Technical knowledgeEssentialBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.2-3+ years of experience working within Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing business, with a good understanding of ISO **** standards and quality processes.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.Fluent Italian (advanced level) and professional English (C1 level).
