SalesWelcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experienceActively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targetsDemonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand's story and unique character to customersBuild customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-upCustomer ServiceEnsure an impeccable level of customer service at every interactionHandle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionallyOperations & Visual MerchandisingContribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishmentSupport visual merchandising in line with brand guidelinesAssist with stock management and inventoryFollow payment and POS proceduresProfileYou love APM Monaco! xysqume You are passionate about salesYou have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skillsPrevious boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plusYou are organised, dynamic and eager to learnYou are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
