Lo stabilimento di Aprilia (LT) è specializzato nello sviluppo, produzione e confezionamento di capsule in gelatina molle ("softgel") per il settore farmaceutico, nutrizionale e cosmetico, operando in un contesto industriale altamente tecnologico e internazionale.
Attività principali Area Finishing
Titolo di studio preferenziale: Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Meccanica o Industriale
Il/La tirocinante, in affiancamento al tutor e ai responsabili di area, sarà coinvolto/a in attività quali:
Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, individuando nuove possibilità
Supportare l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie
Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen)
Supportare i responsabili delle diverse aree nella standardizzazione dei processi, redigendo SOP e OPL
Gestire il problem solving sui punti critici del processo
Collaborare con il team di manutenzione per migliorare la disponibilità delle macchine e la qualità del prodotto
Supporto all'automazione dei processi di finishing
Collaborazione su sistemi di controllo e ispezione
Competenze richieste:
Conoscenza base dei sistemi di visione
Conoscenze di automazione industriale
