To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a high-potential, people-oriented Simulation Engineer to support us on our path toward developing advanced technology solutions in the pharmaceutical domain.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to understand and simulate physical phenomena for strategic R&D; projects.
You will be responsible for implementing mathematical models involving multi-physical systems and materials and validating them using experimental data.Per il seguente ruolo potrebbero essere richieste diverse soft skill ed esperienze.
La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito.The role is based in Piombino Dese (Padova), where our HQs is located.ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop and implement mathematical models to describe complex multi-physical phenomenaValidate models with experimental data, collaborating with laboratory teams, analyse results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations and conclusionsCollaborate closely with external partners and joint laboratories on model-based activitiesConduct fundamental or applied research to improve products, components,
or applications.Proactively define problems and translate industrial needs into mathematical models with a scientific yet pragmatic approachStay updated on latest simulation technologies and modelling techniquesQualificationsM.Sc.
or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy, Chemical, Material or Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.Preferably 2-3 years of work experienceDeep knowledge of solid mechanics: numerical methods, particularly the implicit/explicit Finite Element Method (FEM) – Material modelling (at least basic constitutive models in continuum mechanics).
Good knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD): e.G., experience in develop and implement CFD and thermal simulation modelsExperience with LS-Dyna software is a plusGood knowledge of industry leading simulation software such as Ansys tools, in particular Mechanical and Fluent, is a plusStrong programming skills in MATLAB or Python is a plusQuality-oriented, conscientious, creative and cooperative.
