This role involves the application of advanced engineering principles to support the development of innovative, high-performance, and cost-effective electric motor solutions.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesElectromagnetic design of Asynchronous, Synchronous Reluctance, permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance, Permanent Magnet MotorInternal calculation software development (Excel, matlab, Simulink, ANSYS, MotorCAD, Altair)Manage the project documentation (electrical datasheet, installation manual,
testing procedure)Support the Application Engineering Team on new opportunities evaluationSupport the validation teamSupport Quality, Manufacturing Engineering on manufacturing process developmentSupport the purchasing department on validation of new and different materialsEducation And QualificationsMaster Degree in Engineering (Electric, Mechatronics, Electronics preferred)3 year(s) of progressive experience in a similar role (in automotive field is considered as a plus)English: B2/C1 (written, spoken)Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, ExcelTechnical background in Electrical/Electronic products (rotating electrical machine) xysqume ANSYSCAD 2DConsidered as a plusMatlab, SimulinkMotors fed by inverterPhD in Electrical fieldSkillsExcellent analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to be proactive and think forwardAble to effectively interface with other disciplines in the organization to achieve resultDemonstrated ability to drive resultsCompensation DataAnnual gross salary band: 3 €CanteenRemote working 2 days a weekFlexible time#J-*****-Ljbffr
