Are you passionate about numbers and eager to understand business performance in the beauty retail industry?
Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A;) team and gain hands?on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast?paced,
customer?driven environment.Your responsibilities:Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network; Support monthlyclosing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency; Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insightsPrepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholdersPerform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers; Act as businesspartner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions; Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.Who we're looking for:Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, ManagementEngineering, or related fields; Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint; Basic knowledgeof accounting, financial reporting; Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy; Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics; Fluent in English (written and spoken).
