Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help improve reliability across the site.You'll work closely with colleagues on shift, ensuring machinery is maintained, repaired, and ready to perform when it's needed most.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoCarry out routine, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipmentDiagnose mechanical faults and identify the root cause of failuresDismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and componentsOrganise maintenance activities efficiently, including selecting and checking spare partsPropose practical improvement solutions and preventative measures to reduce downtimeComplete maintenance records accurately using Maximo CMMS, including hours worked, parts used, and technical notesSupport larger maintenance activities where multiple technicians are requiredMaintain tools, workshop equipment,
