Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Italy. /b /ppThis is a fully remote senior design opportunity within a fast-growing, distributed product organization.br/You will shape the end-to-end experience of a platform used by organizations to manage fundraising and supporter relationships.br/The role combines user research, product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.br/You will work closely with Product and Engineering from early discovery through launch and continuous iteration.br/The position offers significant ownership and influence over complex B2B workflows and SaaS experiences.br/You will advocate for users while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and measurable product outcomes.br/The ideal environment is collaborative, data-informed, and focused on building intuitive, scalable, high-impact digital products. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliLead user-centered design initiatives by planning and conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. /liliTranslate research findings into actionable product insights, design opportunities, and user-centered solutions. /liliPartner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads during discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, development, and launch. /liliOwn the end-to-end design lifecycle, including user journeys, information flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. /liliValidate concepts and designs with users and internal stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and evidence. /liliCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing,
and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure effective implementation and design handoffs. /liliEvaluate existing and newly launched features using qualitative feedback, product analytics, and performance data. /liliUse data and user insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and measure the impact of design decisions. /liliHelp prioritize design initiatives in alignment with the product backlog, balancing user value, business priorities, technical considerations, and overall product quality. /liliContribute to a cohesive and scalable product experience across complex workflows and B2B use cases. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and high-quality visual execution. /liliProven experience designing B2B products and complex workflows, particularly within SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, enterprise software, or comparable products. /liliAdvanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and AI-assisted design workflows. /liliExperience using product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics to support research, validate hypotheses, and measure design impact.
