The Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the expected quality target to fulfill customer objectives.The Project Manager will support business development activities, preparing project development proposals and presenting them to the Customer.ResponsibilitiesProposals / OffersPrepare offers and development proposals with support from quotation team (cost estimations, strategies,
etc.)Negotiation with the CustomerSupport Business Development activitiesProjectsSupport project team staffing and resource conflictsSupport other Project Managers in addressing challenges and set strategiesManages his own projectsMonitor all project status (risks, issues, achievement and milestones)Preparation of internal project reportingCoordinates feedback collectionParticipates to discussion with customer and record feedback.Ensures implementation of improvement actionsCoaching and mentoring of new Project ManagersSupport initiatives for continuous improvement.
