pCome Innovate Motion with Us As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and key customers to identify and drive profitable growth opportunities. By leading business development activities, you will leverage market insights and industry trends to shape product strategy, support new product development and drive customer-focused business opportunities. /ppYour responsibilities will be to: /pulliUnderstand market needs and industry trends through customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, product benchmarking and competitor analysis /liliDevelop and implement business growth strategies to win targeted opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to adapt business models to local market requirements /liliDrive commercial performance by monitoring revenue, profitability and BOM targets, while supporting strategy development and marketing reviews /liliCollaborate with RD teams to define product roadmaps, set development targets and drive product enhancements aligned with business strategy, customer needs and market trends /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support long-term business success /liliAssess and monitor RFQs, business opportunities and project viability to ensure strategic and profitable decision-making /liliPartner closely with Sales teams by providing guidance and support on product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation and overall go-to-market approach /li /ulpOur requirements:
/pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field /liliIdeally 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry /liliTechnical knowledge of cooling fans and BLDC motors would be considered a strong advantage /liliHands-on experience with, or a strong affinity for, digital technologies, including Power BI and AI tools /liliExperience interacting with customers and managing RFQ processes /liliExcellent communication skills with the capability to coordinate between cross functional teams and drive results /liliStrong analytical and organizational and problem-solving skills /liliFluency in English is required; German language skills will be considered an advantage /li /ulpWhat do we offer: /pulliAnnual salary within the range from 50 000 to 70 000 EUR /liliInnovation-driven environment where your ideas shape the future of manufacturing /liliA collaborative, multicultural team committed to excellence and continuous improvement /liliEnjoy opportunities for innovation, leadership, and collaboration across international teams in a dynamic,
