The role involves managing complex financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filings.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial audits.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.More About the Opportunity:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the financial services industry, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
