AziendaAumenti le sue possibilità di ottenere un colloquio leggendo la seguente panoramica di questo ruolo prima di candidarsi.We are partnering with an international industrial company to recruit a Quality Plant Manager to lead and develop the Quality function within a manufacturing environment.This is a key leadership position responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO **** standards and driving a strong quality culture across the organization.OffertaKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO **** and business objectivesEnsure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functionsLead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodiesMonitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiativesOversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actionsManage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and auditsEnsure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final releasePromote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teamsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsLead, coach,
