is seeking
Flight Dispatchers / Operations Control Officers
to join its Operations Control Center (OCC) at the company's headquarters in
Milan Malpensa, Italy
.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum
3 years of experience
in an Airline Operations Control Center (OCC) or Flight Dispatch environment.
Successful completion of a
Flight Dispatch training program
or equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of the
English language
, both written and spoken.
Solid knowledge of
Flight Planning systems
(experience with
Jeppesen JetPlanner
is preferred).
Familiarity with
Crew Management systems
and
Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
regulations and applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment and make decisions under pressure.




Willingness to work on a
shift basis
, including weekends and public holidays.
FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License
is considered an advantage.
