pSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert /p pWe have a current opening for a Production Supervisor - Rocher and are actively reviewing applications. /p pThe Production Supervisor will coordinate the team members on the production line for the production execution during the shift and ensure productive factors availability (raw materials, packaging, and people) following Manager guidelines. /p pbSchedule: /b /p ul li12 hour Continental Shift /li li7a-7p 7p-7a, alternating every 2 weeks /li /ul h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 pbResource Availability /b /p ul liEnsures the availability of packaging, semi-finished product and raw materials for the shift /li liManages and resolves availability issues related to packaging, semi-finished product and raw materials /li liPrepares picking list for raw materials and semi-finished products /li liSupport the AG in the monthly inventory adjustment, /li liEnsures left over items (finished, semi-finished, bulk, raw materials) are returned to warehouse at the end of the week /li /ul pbProduction Planning/Shift Hand over /b /p ul liSupports the planning of the operating activities on the lines within area of competence /li liPrints the production programs and the production models and completes all the necessary actions shared with the UGP Manager for the production program execution /li liSupports the Local Planning Department and the Team leaders for the in process changes of quantity to produce /li liSupervises changeover activities, together with the Quality Department and Packaging Component Providers /li liIn conjunction with Team Leaders and Maintenance, participates in and supports the equipment start up of the line of area of competence /li liVerify and inspects cleaning activities completed by Operators and Team Leaders /li liCompletes all shift handover responsibilities, supporting Team leader in communicating main information and issues /li liSupervises and collects data from Team Leaders in order to update Production system (SAP for line hours, manpower, waste and recyclables) /li liApproves and submits all shift reports and shift end production declaration /li /ul pbSafety and Hygiene /b /p ul liResponsible for the hygiene and sanitation compliance of the production area; /li liSupports periodic scheduling of sanitation measures to rearrange work areas and disinfect equipment and tools. /li liCollaborates with Quality Department and Team Leader in supporting and supervising auto-control activities /li /ul pbWorkplace Safety /b /p ul liEnsures compliance with health safety regulations not limited to and including the assigned production area; /li /ul pbPeople Management /b /p ul liResponsible for the accurate allocation of employees on the lines (absence and availability verification, team composition,



cross-lines and cross departments movement) /li liSupport the UGP Manager in the management of absenteeism and documentation due to scheduled vacations and unscheduled illnesses to ensure proper coverage; /li liPrepares the employee performance review and collaborate with the UGP Manager when required /li liManages workplace personnel issues, respecting company guidelines and informing the UGP Manager and HR /li liManages accidents on the line (first aid intervention, accident reporting, accident investigation) supported by the Team Leader, according to company guidelines. /li liEnsures workplace training requirements are met for all personnel in area /li /ul pbMaintenance /b /p ul liRequests the intervention of the maintenance in the case of breakdown and repair service; in the cases of urgency he requests the intervention of the Utilities Maintenance /li liVerifies the maintenance interventions are performed in the scheduled time and according to hygiene and safety standards /li /ul pbEnvironmental /b /p ul liTo assist in the implementation of and conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas /li /ul h3bAbout You: /b /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree preferred (Engineering, Industrial, Food Technology or related field) /li li3+ years of Supervisory experience in similar setting /li liKnowledge of production lines and machinery (production performance indicators, technological processes) /li liKnowledge of stock management and production models /li liKnowledge of planning techniques /li liKnowledge and application of production performance analysis methods /li liKnowledge and application of Ferrero Safety, Quality and Sanitation policies and procedures /li liKnowledge and application of production KPI’s /li liStrong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment; /li liDemonstrated ability to direct production employees in a proactive and positive manner; /li liDemonstrated problem solving and leadership skills; /li liAbility to troubleshoot technological problems /li liDemonstrated team building skills; /li liKnowledge of production scheduling /li liAble to work with minimal supervision in a rotating shift environment. /li liProficient with Microsoft Office tools; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint /li /ul pbArtificial Intelligence Disclosure /bbr/As part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI)
