Job DutiesYou will turn system requirements into validated RF hardware by combining a solid foundation in modern antenna theory and microwave engineering with hands-on skills in simulation, layout/prototyping, and lab characterization. We value engineers who can interpret system metrics (gain, sensitivity, dynamic range, nonlinearity, spurious/harmonics) and drive iterative improvement through tight design-build-test loops.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Antenna & passive RF/microwave design (microstrip/patch antennas, slots, horns/reflectors, antenna arrays, power dividers/combiners, couplers, transitions across microstrip/stripline/coax/waveguide domains)
- Build 3D EM models and perform optimization in CST Studio Suite (preferred): boundary conditions, meshing strategy, ports, parameter sweeps, near-to-far transformations.
- Contribute to RF PCB implementation and review: stackups, controlled impedance rou
