is seeking a capable IT desktop support technician to provide onsite and remote assistance within the organization’s desktop computing environment.
You will handle first- and second-level support, install and configure OSes, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding and security protocols.
The role requires 1+ year in a desktop support or helpdesk role, strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365, and familiarity with ticketing systems. xysqume
