Take your next step and join our team. /p pWe are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable bDesign Responsible – Body Closures /b to provide high quality support to our customers. /p ul liDefine and manage engineering specifications for Body Closures systems and components. /li liEnsure project targets are achieved in terms of performance, quality, cost, weight, timing, and investment. /li liCoordinate product development activities from concept through industrialization and service support. /li liAssess design feasibility and ensure compliance with functional, safety, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements. /li liLead design reviews and support technical decision‑making throughout the development process. /li liCoordinate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress. /li liSupport validation activities through simulations, tolerance analysis, testing, and design verification. /li liProvide engineering support during proto builds, vehicle launch, and production phases. /li liDrive continuous improvement, cost optimization, benchmarking, and technology scouting activities. /li /ul h3Your skills that will help us to get ahead: /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive product development,
