The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation in accordance with project requirements, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal and client standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSet up, manage, and maintain the document control system for the data centre project. /liliEnsure all project documentation is filed correctly and available to relevant parties. /liliReceive, log, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, method statements, etc.). /liliMaintain version control and document numbering systems. /liliLiaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure document flow is smooth and timely.



/liliPrepare regular reports on document status, outstanding reviews, and deadlines. /liliEnsure compliance with QA/QC processes and audits for documentation. /liliSupport project team in compiling handover documentation and final project deliverables. /liliAssist with administrative tasks as required by the project management team. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as a Document Controller on large-scale construction or data centre projects. /liliFamiliarity with construction documentation workflows and processes. /liliStrong proficiency in document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint, Asite, or similar). /liliExcellent organisational and time-management skills. /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy. /liliStrong communication skills – fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian is highly desirable. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a multinational team. /li /ulpIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly or contact the recruiter at /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
