And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! /p pFor our production plant in bSan Sisto (Perugia), /b we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced bSite Supply Chain Manager /b to join our team. /p pThe Site Supply Chain Manager represents supply chain in local plant management team and will put in place: /p ul liRaw material call-offs /li liProduction scheduling /li liIn-plant logistics and inventory management/controlling /li liTransport planning call-off /li /ul pThe core purpose of the role is to deliver the supply plan of the site and collaborate with site leadership to enable the execution of this supply plan. The role will integrate safety and environmental requirements into all activities. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES SCOPE /h3 ul liResponsible for overall performance of the site supply chain process /li liResponsible for a healthy and safe environment for stakeholders directly and indirectly involved in supply chain processes (and product movements) /li liOwns the raw material and packaging replenishment process to the site /li liOwns the production scheduling activity of the site (adherence to schedule/plan KPI) /li liOwns the relationship with Global planning regarding production planning parameters and output reviews /li liOwns the inventory management activity for raw material,
packaging and finished product on site /li liOwns the warehousing and transport for flows to and from the site (may vary per local/regional SC context) /li liOwns the on-site logistics activities workforce (material handling, pallet movements, reception, (un)loading) /li liResponsible for site supply chain costs, quality and service for this scope /li liResponsible for site supply chain productivity. Drives initiatives to achieve productivity /li liResponsible for compliance of local supply chain process with regulations, customer requirement and group standards /li liDevelops and maintains relation with internal and external stakeholders involved in supply chain /li liDrives initiatives to achieve quality and service improvements /li liCascades and monitors KPIs to deliver expected performance benefits. Main KPIs being Site OTIF, schedule adherence and inventory accuracy. /li liConducts and supports internal and external audits as required /li liDevelops team and drives effective succession planning in line with organizational needs /li /ul h3JOB PROFILE /h3 ul liDevelops and employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development for high performance /li liAct as SPOC for global and regional supply chain functions /li liMaintain and own FTA related documentation /li liEnsure safe, environmentally compliant day to day operations and ensure work is executed in line with safety and environmental legal and BC standards. /li /ul h3Scope /h3 ul li- raw material,
packaging and finished goods handled/stored on site /li li- logistics for inbound flows from supplier/regional DC to plant and outbound flows from plant to regional DC/customer (ownership of outbound logistics may vary per local/regional SC context) /li li-Production schedule for (semi) finished goods produced on site, using planning tools where applicable /li li-Physical stock count activity, reconciliation activity and related actions /li /ul h3EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor or master degree in business administration, economics or similar /li liPreferably APIC CPIM certified /li liProven experience in senior supply chain management role /li liStrong communication presentation skills /li liAbility to lead and manage change in a complex environment /li liProficient in English /li /ul h3ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liStrong understanding of plant related supply chain process /li liExperience in supply chain (continuous) improvement process /li liGood knowledge of Forecast to Stock and Order to Cash process /li liExperience working with external logistic providers /li liExcellent communication skills /li liGood analytical skills /li liAbility to bring people together, set a common agenda and manage interfaces between functions /li liAbility to drive change in a collaborative way /li liAbility to communicate adequately across the organization, from shop floor to senior stakeholders /li liGood analytical skills /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 pA challenging role within a dynamic and international manufacturing environment. /p pOpportunities for professional growth and development. /p pFull time permanent Contract /p pHybrid Work Location /p pSalary Pay Range: 53K-63K Euro per year /p pAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
