Position: Expert Senior SWE Type: Contract Compensation: $150–$210/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in complex SWE tasks. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality. Develop benchmarks for assessing AI-generated solutions. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Shape model reasoning and elevate training data quality. Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of experience working at top US tech firms. Passion for improving model capabilities in complex SWE tasks.
