People Business Partner

At NORMAL we are looking for an experienced People Business Partner in Italy who will be an important part of our People Business Partner team. You will be ideally based in Roma Area,with a focus on Central/South stores but you will support our expansion plan with People Activities all across Italy Regional focus. National projects.

We have our Italian HQ in Milan but you will primarily have activities in stores - in your regions in the country.
Your role
As a People Business Partner, you will be the link between our People Development initiatives and the everyday life in our italian stores. You will be given a wide range of tasks – from recruitment and onboarding to leadership development and business partnering – all with a focus on developing both people and the organization. You will participate in leadership group meetings and contribute actively to the People agenda.
Your responsibilities

- Drive and support recruitment processes primarily at management level (Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and support for HQ functions)
- Be a close sparring partner for the Regional Managers - also in relation to strengthening our leadership pipeline
- Drive and support onboarding of new employees and managers
- Support our internal management training courses and run workshops
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and ensure that concepts become practice
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People Development activities and our People Agenda in everyday life
