**Job Description:**

Within the **FUSARO & GIUGLIANO INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING** organizational unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a **Test Engineer** for our **Fusaro (NA)** office.
**The person will mainly deal with the following activities:**
* Test Engineering on RADAR Units and Systems
* Design of custom equipment for testing
* Support to production areas for complex technical problems
* Concurrent Engineering for newly designed products
* Realization and validation of pre-series prototypes
* Definition of testing times
* Collaboration with QA for the resolution of production non-conformities
**Educational Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering
**Seniority:**
* **Expert**: 3-5 years of experience;
**Technical knowledge and skills:**
* Good knowledge of digital and analog electronics
* Good knowledge of RF circuit operation
* Previous knowledge of RADAR and TLC systems
* In-depth knowledge of measurement instrumentation
**Behavioral skills**:
* Proactivity;
* ability to work in a team;
* aptitude for problem solving;
* flexibility in dealing with topics outside one's domain of expertise.
**Language skills**
* Good knowledge of the English language (B2)
**Computer skills**
* Good knowledge of the Office package
* Knowledge of the LabVIEW environment for test automation
* MATLAB / Simulink for signal analysis and post-processing
* Python for scripting, automation and data analysis
* Knowledge of CAD tools

**How does the selection process work?**
After collecting applications, CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
