You will ensure the right products are available at the right time, while optimizing inventory, service level, and manufacturing constraints. You will work closely with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, and the central Supply Chain team to balance priorities and manage exceptions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and maintain thebfinished goods plan /bfor the site, aligning with demand forecasts, customer orders, and supply constraints. /liliConvert the supply plan intobshort- and mid-term production requirements /b, ensuring feasibility with manufacturing and packaging capacities. /liliMonitor and optimizebinventory levels /b(safety stock, slow movers, obsolescence risk) while maintaining target customer service levels. /liliManageborder prioritization and allocation /bin case of constraints, in coordination with Customer Service and Sales (and per agreed governance). /liliIdentify risks and constraints (capacity, raw materials, packaging, quality release, logistics) and drivebmitigation actions /b. /liliCoordinate with Logistics/Warehousing to ensurebavailability, shipment readiness, and dispatch plans /b. /liliMaintain planning master data and parameters in ERP/APS tools (e.g.,bSAP /b, APO/IBP, OMP or equivalent): lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks,



production calendars. /liliTrack and report key KPIs:bOTIF/service level, inventory turns, forecast bias/accuracy (where applicable), backorders, plan adherence /b. /liliLead/participate in planning routines (daily/weekly scheduling meetings, SOE, input to SOP) and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /liliExperience inbproduction planning / finished goods planning / supply planning /bin a manufacturing environment (chemicals or process industry is a plus). /liliStrong analytical skills and ability to manage trade-offs betweenbservice, cost, and inventory /b. /liliProficiency withbERP/APS systems /b(SAP strongly preferred) and advanced Excel skills. /liliAbility to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliFluent inbEnglish /b; Italian is a plus. /li /ulh3Preferred Skills /h3ulliExperience withbSOP / SOE /bprocesses and exception-based planning. /liliKnowledge of planning concepts: MPS/MRP, safety stock logic, lead times, lot sizing, allocation rules. /liliFamiliarity with KPI-driven continuous improvement (Lean supply chain). /liliExperience in regulated or quality-sensitive environments (e.g., batch release constraints).
