pThe successful candidate will join the Technical Operations department, reporting to the Managing Director on organizational and managerial matters and working in coordination with the Technical Operations Director on technical direction and functional priorities.br/They will be responsible for leading Operational Excellence at the site, translating corporate objectives into concrete, measurable initiatives. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, they will drive process optimization through data, KPIs, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and implement the site Operational Excellence roadmap, translating corporate objectives into action plans, KPIs, and measurable targets. /li liProactively identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes and cross-functional workflows, assessing solutions both with and without capital investment. /li liLead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, safety, and standardization, delivering quantifiable savings and benefits. /li liAnalyze process data using KPIs, Minitab, and statistical methods to support evidence-based decisions and corrective actions. /li liCoordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops, engaging stakeholders in reviewing processes, workflows, and operating practices. /li liMonitor project outcomes and benefits, provide updates to the Site Management Team and corporate stakeholders, and share best practices across the OPEX network. /li /ul pAlthough the role does not involve direct people management, it requires strong cross-functional leadership skills to engage, influence,
and coordinate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects. /p h3Ihr Profil /h3 h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline. /li liAt least five years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Excellence roles within complex industrial environments. /li liStrong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and process control, with advanced proficiency in Minitab. /li liAbility to develop business cases, quantify savings and benefits, and present data and recommendations to technical and management stakeholders. /li liExcellent written and spoken Italian and English, at least at C1 level. /li /ul pbr/The ideal candidate will demonstrate credibility, cross-functional leadership, a proactive approach, and strong orientation of results. The role also requires the ability to engage people, build consensus, and manage projects and competing priorities pragmatically. /p h3Contractual information and pay transparency /h3 ul liEmployment terms: Permanent contract under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry; Category A. /li liThe initial gross annual salary will range from EUR 55,000 to EUR 65,000, paid in 14 installments,
