Randstad Italia Spa, for a prestigious entity operating in the integrated healthcare and welfare sector for professionals, is looking for an accountant to join a dynamic and structured team.

The 3rd level of the CCNL Studi Professionali will be applied.

The inclusion will take place by September 2026 with an initial temporary contract of 4/6 months, aimed at subsequent direct stabilization in the company.

**Experience**
2 years

**Responsibilities**
* Recording of active and passive invoices, management of prime entry and adjustment entries.
* Management of periodic tax obligations, including VAT settlements, F24, withholding taxes, and updating the tax schedule.
* Management of activities related to basic knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and INPS/INAIL contributions.
* Active support in the preparation of the annual financial statements and the entity's management report.
* Management and traceability of bilateral contribution flows paid by companies and registered workers.
* Interfacing with the accountant, labor consultant,



and the entity's supervisory bodies.
* Archiving and document storage, both paper and digital.

**Qualifications**
* Preferential lane for a Diploma in Accounting/AFM or a three-year degree in economic disciplines.
* Basic knowledge of general accounting principles, particularly double-entry bookkeeping.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and at least one accounting management software, with a preference for TeamSystem.
* Accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience or an internship in accounting and/or with bilateral or non-profit organizations is welcome, though not binding.
