h3Summary /h3pengineering construction senior planner who manages and executes planning and reporting activities for projects of any size and complexity, in strict coordination with the project control manager and in full compliance with contract, quality requirements and the project execution plan. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliprovide guidelines to the planning team for implementation and initialization of project control tools. /liliprepare the full set of planning procedures, wbs, schedules, progress measurement systems and related documentation. /lilidevelop and maintain project control planning documents such as execution plan, milestones plan, 90‑day schedule, wbs, top‑down schedule, detailed schedule, progress curves and manpower histograms. /lililead project workshops on planning topics (wbs/pbs, interactive planning sessions, risk analysis sessions). /lilidefine planning report outputs and presentations, ensure consistency and review before distribution. /lilimonitor baseline planning package, track deviations, perform critical path analysis and propose corrective actions.
