This role conducts field and desk assessments, reviews documentation, and contributes to the development and maintenance of program materials. The Technical Specialist I builds foundational technical expertise, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and may assist with research, training, and outreach activities as part of professional development. /p /brh3bEssential Duties and Responsibilities /b /h3 /brh3bAuditing /b /h3 /brul /brliConduct onsite and desk audits in accordance with assigned standards and verification requirements. /li /brliPerform required data checks, inventory reviews, and data management system evaluations. /li /brliSupport the development of risk assessments and verification plans. /li /brliComplete assigned audit activities within agreed timelines and documentation standards. /li /brliAssist in preparing clear and accurate audit reports with appropriate supervision.
/li /brliCommunicate audit findings internally and externally in a professional manner. /li /br /ul /brh3bQuality and Program Development /b /h3 /brul /brliDeliver verification services in accordance with corporate quality systems and program requirements. /li /brliPerform technical review of audit reports and/or audit process. /li /brliMaintain accurate competency and training records. /li /brliParticipate in internal and external accreditation activities as assigned. /li /brliStay current on applicable standards and program updates. /li /brliSupport continuous improvement efforts through feedback and process adherence. /li /br /ul /brh3bClient Management /b /h3 /brul /brliCommunicate professionally with clients to obtain necessary data and documentation. /li /brliSupport client onboarding and audit preparation activities. /li /brliEnsure responsiveness and high levels of customer service. /li /brliEscalate complex issues to senior team members as appropriate. /li /br /ul /brh3bMinimum Qualifications /b /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's Degree in (field) and/or related discipline or /li /brliMaster's Degree or higher in a related field /li /brliMust be able to speak in English,
Italian and/or French is highly desired /li /brli3+ years of related equivalent work experience /li /brliDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical or procedural information clearly /li /brliOrganizes and executes assigned program tasks accurately and on time with attention to detail /li /brliApplies established procedures, standards, and quality requirements to daily work /li /brliWorks independently on defined assignments while seeking guidance as needed /li /brliCollaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders /li /brliMaintains accurate data, records, and documentation in program systems /li /brliLearns and applies program standards, workflows, and systems efficiently /li /brliAdapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment /li /brliProficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook /li /br /ul /brpThe above description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
