Build new customer relationships, identify exciting projects and create long-term sales partnerships in the Norwegian market.Your responsibilitiesAs Business Development Manager Norway, you will play a key role in building and developing KESSEL's presence in the Norwegian market. You will identify new projects and business opportunities, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and establish KESSEL as a trusted partner in the Norwegian construction market.Identify, analyse and pursue relevant tenders and construction projectsPosition KESSEL products and solutions in specifications, tenders and project planningPrepare and follow up on project quotations and build a sustainable project pipelineIdentify and acquire new customers within the project business and trade sectorDevelop new sales partnerships and additional distribution channels across NorwaySupport and further develop existing sales partnersBuild strong, long-term relationships with consultants, architects, engineering firms, investors,
developers and contractorsProvide technical advice and deliver product presentations and customer meetingsConduct market, competitor and potential analyses and identify new business opportunitiesRepresent KESSEL in the Norwegian marketYour profileTechnical or commercial education or degree, ideally related to construction, building services, HVAC/plumbing or international salesSeveral years of experience in technical sales, project sales or business developmentExperience with tenders and project-based sales processesStrong knowledge of the Norwegian construction and project marketAn established network within the Norwegian construction industry is a strong advantageFluency in Norwegian and English, enabling professional communication and negotiations with customers, partners and project stakeholdersConfident use of CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience working with sales partners and international organisationsA high degree of initiative, self-organisation and an entrepreneurial mindsetAn analytical and structured approach combined with strong communication and negotiation skillsConfident communication with decision-makers and project stakeholders, with a focus on building long-term relationshipsWillingness to travel extensively throughout Norway and, in the future,
