And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model. /ph3Job Description /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones are met by collaborating with multi-functional teams and providing regular progress updates. /liliAssist in defining governance structures, managing risks, and ensuring decision-making processes are followed. /liliSupport to track and manage project dependencies and BAU work, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet targets. /liliHelp define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). /liliAssist with change management initiatives, including training, employee communications, and managing the change agent network. /liliGather data and insights from the project team to support reporting, and provide updates to the Project Manager or Program Manager. /liliSupport the coordination of regular project and portfolio management meetings, tracking progress and managing interdependencies between projects. /liliAssist with closing project activities, including financial management, resource release, and the formal handover of responsibilities to business-as-usual support. /liliEnsure compliance with PMO governance, maintaining standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to align with best practices. /liliAssist in maintaining compliance with organizational policies and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ulpPlease note: CVs must be submitted in English. /ph3The opportunity /h3pWe are looking for a Project Specialist – Network Transformation to join our Supply Chain organisation and support an important transformation programme across Italy, Greece and the Balkans.



This is a highly cross-functional role, working on projects focused on the evolution of our operational network. These can include the opening or relocation of service centres, operational improvements and automation projects. /ppYou will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams, as well as Planning, Transport, Procurement, Legal and other internal and external partners. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects, while supporting the delivery of larger and more complex transformation initiatives, giving you exposure to both project management and operational supply chain topics. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliSupport the planning and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. /liliManage smaller projects independently and support larger initiatives. /liliTrack project progress, risks, dependencies and key actions. /liliGather and analyse information to support business cases, reporting and decision-making. /liliSupport project governance and provide updates to key stakeholders. /liliContribute to change management activities and the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations. /liliEnsure projects follow appropriate PMO processes, methodologies and quality standards. /li /ulpThe role requires approximately 30% travel, depending on project needs. /ph3What we’re looking for /h3ulliExperience in project management, supply chain, logistics, operations, industrial environments or consulting. /liliGood understanding of operational processes and logistics flows. /liliExperience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. /liliStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliProactive and hands‑on approach, with the ability to work autonomously. /liliFluent Italian and English. /liliBased in Italy, with flexibility to travel across the region. /li /ulh3Salary and benefits /h3pSalary 42,300 - 46,200€ annual gross salary. /ppAll CCNL provided benefits applicable to this level are included.
