h3Key Responsibilities /h3pManages the TODO Program. Establishes, maintains, and administers the Technical Order (TO)/TechnicalManual (TM) programs in accordance with established policies, to include protection and disposition of TO/TMsand automated software/eTools. Serves as functional administrator for the ETIMS System. Manages and maintains the automated ETIMS System to include protection and disposition of software. Manages Technicals Order Distribution Accounts (TODAs). /ppEstablish and/or update ETIMS User profiles and organization metadata. Administers training to TODAs, as required, and ensures Computer Based Training (CBT)requirements are met.
