FH Collective Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support agent for a fully remote role based in Greece.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues while documenting interactions.

The role offers a relocation package, 14 monthly payments of €1,045 gross, and a performance bonus up to 15% with paid training from day one.

Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are xlwpduy required, with rotating shifts from 08:00 to 00:00.
