/b /h3 h3Main responsibility /h3 ul liAs Project Leader ensure planning and coordination of the activities in collaboration with the various departments involved in the implementation of the projects. /li liProactively identifying risks to define mitigation strategies. /li liAssess the business impact, quality, compliance and safety involving stakeholders from other departments. /li liEnsure compliance with the time of introduction, balancing the base business production needs. /li liEnsure timely communication to MSAT Sr Manager and Global Functions to align with the production plans themselves. /li liEnsure the timely availability of quality documentation for the project execution. /li liPerforms and/or support investigations for non-conformances in case of occurrence during project activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering, Farmacy, CTF or Chemistry /li liAt least 6th month experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid production is preferred) /li liAcademic knowledge of lines, processes, materials and equipment for pharmaceutical process (oral solid pharma production competence is preferred). /li liFluent in English (B2 level and above) /li liGood knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products. /li liBasic experience in Project Management. /li liAble to work in a multi-department and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor.



/li liAbility to coordinate a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the project activities according to the agreed timing. /li liSkills of ownership and accountability /li liSkilled in problem-solving and decision making /li liKnowledge and basic experience in PAT, MVA and Chemometrics applications. /li liFluent in English /li liCapacity to lead calls with costumers. /li liCapability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches. /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills. /li liAbility to present scientific data and concepts effectively to international standards. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 h3Preferred Skills /h3 h3The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is: /h3 p€29 800,00 - €48 530,00 /p h3The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are: /h3 pItaly – The anticipated base pay range for this position is 29,800 - 42,200 /p h3Benefits /h3 pIn addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual premio with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
