The Business Development team finds companies and qualifies them; the Strategist understands the need, closes the project and coordinates it; the Trainers train the people (AI Academy), the Engineers build agents (AI Factory).
Your responsibilities
You are the one who takes AI from the demo to the way a technical team works: you get into their processes, build new workflows together with developers and IT, and make them autonomous with coding agents, APIs and automations.

- Bring AI into clients’ technical teams: You run live training with developers,
data teams, IT and DevOps, getting them to actually use models, AI coding tools, APIs and agents on concrete cases.
- Turn training into adoption: You lead working labs on the company’s real processes: you build workflows and automations together with the teams and help them set new AI-assisted standards of work.
- Design technical learning experiences: You start from the client’s stack, processes and level to build tailored paths: agenda, coding exercises, repositories, asynchronous content, assessment and follow-up.
- Bring the AI frontier into delivery: You constantly test new models, frameworks and tools, work out what actually works and turn what you learn into new content and methods to bring to clients.
