Please note that we are recruiting for two positions: one role will be responsible for the Northern Italy territory, while the other will oversee the Southern Italy territory.

As a Valeda Territory Manager supporting our Surgical Medical Retina business in Italy, you will be trusted to expand the adoption of Alcon’s innovative Valeda treatment platform by driving new account acquisition and accelerating treatment utilization across installed accounts. You will partner with retina specialists, ophthalmology clinics, and cross-functional teams to improve patient access and deliver sustainable business growth. In this role,



a typical day will include:
• Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across priority retina clinics, ophthalmology groups, and strategic accounts to expand the installed base of the Valeda platform.
• Leading the complete customer engagement journey from prospecting and value-based selling through business case development, negotiation, contracting, installation, and activation.
• Developing and executing account activation plans to accelerate clinic onboarding, reduce time to first treatment, increase patient flow, and drive ongoing treatment utilization.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Technical Service, and Commercial Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support local educational and demand-generation initiatives.
