WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou will be part of the Italy Brand Marketing team, responsible for building meaningful consumer connections and driving the brand's relevance across the Italian marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sports Marketing, Marketplace, Merchandising, Communications, Digital Marketing, Creative, Retail Marketing and Nike Direct teams. Externally, you will collaborate with agencies, creators, athletes, communities and cultural partners to help bring brand initiatives to life. You will report to the Italy Brand Manager. Success in this role comes through curiosity, collaboration and a deep understanding of the Italian consumer landscape. You'll act as a connector between consumer insights, cultural trends and brand priorities, helping translate opportunities into impactful brand experiences.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for a culturally connected marketer with a passion for sport, youth culture and storytelling. You have a strong pulse on local communities, emerging trends and consumer behaviors, and enjoy discovering what moves consumers and shapes culture. You combine strategic thinking with strong executional skills and are comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders. You are curious, actively engaged in sport, proactive and collaborative, and motivated by creating authentic connections between Nike, sport and culture.
You'll bring:
- Strong understanding of the Italian consumer landscape, local communities, cultural movements and marketplace dynamics.
- Genuine passion for sport and an appreciation of the role sport plays in shaping culture and consumer behavior.
