Role purpose
The Field Customer Engagement Partner (fixed term 12 months) is responsible for enhancing the quality and impact of engagement with a defined group of healthcare professionals.
The role focuses on building trusted relationships, generating actionable insights, and supporting the consistent activation of disease education in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, in a compliant manner.
The role reports directly to the Product Manager, ensuring strong alignment between field and brand strategy. This role will cover North Italy (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Trentino-Alto Adige, Valle d'Aosta)
