As Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of voco Malta, ensuring the hotel operates smoothly while delivering the distinctive, thoughtful, and memorable experience that voco is known for. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead our teams, drive operational and financial performance, maintain brand standards, and create an environment where both guests and colleagues feel genuinely cared for.
You will be a visible leader across the hotel, connecting departments and inspiring our teams to deliver exceptional service while supporting the hotel's commercial and business objectives.
Your day to day People - Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the hotel, ensuring departments are appropriately staffed and operational priorities are effectively managed. - Work closely with departmental leaders to support performance, productivity, and the achievement of departmental goals. - Develop and motivate colleagues through regular coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance conversations.

Guest Experience - Ensure guests receive a warm, personal, and memorable experience throughout their stay, in line with voco brand standards. - Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction and work with departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented. - Ensure VIPs, groups, special occasions, and other key guest
