The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit (Senior) Executive Assistant for the President’s Office and Vice-President Offices within the Management Committee, at its headquarters in Luxembourg. This is a full-time position at grade 2/3.
The duration of the contract will be 3 years.
Panel interviews are anticipated starting November 2026 onwards.
This publication concerns a generic recruitment campaign for Executive Assistant positions. It aims to establish a talent pool for current and future needs across the President’s Office and Vice-President Offices within the Management Committee.
