Job Description:

Within the Legal, Criminal Law & Corporate Affairs area, we are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist for our Rome office.
This person will be responsible for the following activities:
* Support for the corporate management of Leonardo Group's Italian companies;
* Participation in corporate body meetings when required;




* Preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings;
* Management of necessary compliance activities (i.e., preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/amendment of relevant statutes and/or regulations, preparation of nomination letters for LDO representatives in relevant bodies);
* Necessary applicable regulatory insights;
* Production of specific reports (such as, for example, lists of expiring bodies or lists of positions).
* Corporate secretarial activities for Controlled Companies and Group entities, in a service relationship with Leonardo
* Support for cross-functional projects with legal impact, including in M&A;, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
Educational Qualification
Law degree.

Seniority
Junior: at least two years of experience
